Breakwater Investment Management Completes Financing of BMM Compliance
Growth capital fund backs leading provider of compliance and certification services

LOS ANGELES, November 2010 — Breakwater Investment Management, LLC has completed a growth capital investment in BMM Compliance ("BMM) out of its Breakwater Structured Growth Opportunities Fund, LP ("Breakwater" or the "Fund"). BMM Compliance is a global professional services and product testing firm that provides testing, assurance, certification and compliance management services to help its clients meet and manage the technical product requirements of regulated gaming markets. BMM is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada and operates international regional offices in Australia, South Africa, South America, Asia and throughout Europe.
Founded in Melbourne, Australia in 1981, BMM is now approved or licensed to recommend products for certification in some 300 gaming regulatory jurisdictions around the world. The company services the largest gaming manufacturers, casino, keno, lottery, wagering operators, and gaming regulators.
